P’s Perspective Episode 10 ” Are Schools Gateways To Prison “… The Recap

It is my opinion that most New York City public schools are nothing more than a gateway to prison. Children are unable to relate to their teachers and lessons, and it often convinces both sides to develop an “I’m not good enough” attitude, with the teachers feeling this way towards the children, and the children feeling this way about themselves. This attitude usually is just an excuse to give up, and many do..

It costs $31-64K to house an inmate for one year.. never mind why they don’t push our youth in school, pay attention to what’s in store for everyone deemed “incapable of learning.”
